What the app stores, and where

Qué guarda la app, y dónde

• The text of your notes, in your phone's local storage and in its system notifications.
• The reminder time of a note, if you set one, in the same local storage.
• Your language choice and whether you have seen the walkthrough.

• El texto de tus notas, en el almacenamiento local del móvil y en sus notificaciones del sistema.
• La hora del aviso de una nota, si le pones una, en ese mismo almacenamiento local.
• Tu idioma elegido y si ya has visto el recorrido inicial.

All of it is deleted when you delete the app.

Todo eso desaparece al desinstalar la app.

The microphone

El micrófono

The microphone opens only while you hold the record button, and closes when you let go. The app does not record in the background and does not save audio files. The audio is used to produce the text of your note and nothing else.

El micrófono se abre sólo mientras mantienes pulsado el botón de grabar, y se cierra al soltar. La app no graba en segundo plano ni guarda ficheros de audio. El audio sirve para producir el texto de tu nota y para nada más.

Speech recognition, and the one caveat

El reconocimiento de voz, y el único matiz

The transcription is done by your operating system, not by us — Apple's Speech framework on iOS, Google's recogniser on Android. Depending on your device and settings, Apple or Google may process that audio on their own servers. That processing is governed by Apple's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy, not by this one. We never receive that audio.

La transcripción la hace tu sistema operativo, no nosotros: el framework de voz de Apple en iOS y el reconocedor de Google en Android. Según tu dispositivo y su configuración, Apple o Google pueden procesar ese audio en sus servidores. Eso se rige por la política de Apple y la de Google, no por ésta. A nosotros ese audio no nos llega nunca.

Notifications

Notificaciones

A pinned note is a notification, so its text appears on your Lock Screen and in your notification list. That is the point of the app. Notifications are created and shown entirely on your device; nothing is pushed from a server.

Una nota fijada es una notificación, así que su texto aparece en tu pantalla de bloqueo y en tu lista de notificaciones. Para eso está la app. Las notificaciones se crean y se muestran íntegramente en tu dispositivo; no se envía nada desde ningún servidor.

Third parties

Terceros

There are no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs and no crash reporting that identifies you. The app makes no network requests of its own.

No hay SDK de analítica, ni de publicidad, ni informes de fallos que te identifiquen. La app no hace peticiones de red por su cuenta.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and collects no personal data from anyone, children included.

La app es apta para todas las edades y no recoge datos personales de nadie, menores incluidos.

Changes

Cambios

If this policy ever changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a future version of the app ever collects anything, it will say so here first.

Si esta política cambia alguna vez, cambia con ella la fecha de arriba. Si una versión futura de la app llegara a recoger algo, se dirá aquí antes.
