Crear una nota

Hold the circle, speak, let go. The note lands in the list switched off. Tap the filled circle beside it to pin it to the top of your screen; tap it again to switch it off. If you cannot talk, the pencil next to the note count opens a blank note to type.

Mantén pulsado el círculo, habla y suelta. La nota cae en la lista apagada. Toca el círculo que tiene al lado para fijarla arriba del todo; tócalo otra vez para apagarla. Si no puedes hablar, el lápiz que hay junto al contador de notas abre una nota en blanco para escribir.

The mic does not hear me

El micro no me oye

The app asks for the microphone and for speech recognition the first time you record. If you said no, both live in your system settings under CustosNotes and can be switched back on there. Speech recognition may also need a connection, depending on your phone.

La app pide el micrófono y el reconocimiento de voz la primera vez que grabas. Si dijiste que no, los dos están en los ajustes del sistema, dentro de CustosNotes, y se pueden volver a activar ahí. El reconocimiento de voz puede necesitar conexión, según el móvil.

My note vanished from the top of the screen

Mi nota ha desaparecido de arriba

On iPhone the system clears Live Activities after several hours, so the note leaves the Dynamic Island on its own. The pinned notification underneath stays: that layer is the one that lasts. Open the app and the note is still there.

En iPhone el sistema retira las Live Activities a las pocas horas, así que la nota se va sola de la Isla Dinámica. La notificación fija de debajo se queda: ésa es la capa que aguanta. Abre la app y la nota sigue ahí.

The status bar chip does not appear on Android

En Android no sale el chip de la barra de estado

That chip is an Android 16 feature. On earlier versions the note still stays, as a pinned notification that will not swipe away.

Ese chip es cosa de Android 16. En versiones anteriores la nota se queda igualmente, como notificación fija que no se descarta deslizando.

A note I did not pin disappeared

Ha desaparecido una nota que no había fijado

Notes you have not pinned are not kept when the app is closed — only pinned ones survive, because they live in your notifications. If a note matters, pin it.

Las notas que no has fijado no se guardan al cerrar la app: sólo sobreviven las fijadas, porque viven en tus notificaciones. Si una nota importa, fíjala.
